Excellent service and location. The concierge, Yao, was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He gave many tips about local food, places of interest and transportation. He is my go-to person whenever I have questions. Other staff are also very courteous and efficient. The housekeeping staff always ensure my ice bucket is filled with ice because of the hot weather so that I can make cold drinks. The room has splendid view of the city. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. This hotel is located near several places of interest and within walking distance to famous local eateries, and City Mall. Highly recommended.

The location is superb as it's close to many famous local eateries. The room is spacious and comfortable with good view of Jia Xiu Lou. The service is efficient. The concierge is very helpful. Kenny Yao helped me with various arrangements throughout my stay. He is professional and thoughtful.

Fabulous hotel! Large rooms with amazing views and comfy beds. Huge bathroom with tub and great shower. Great location, we also tried the Sofitel and came back here, way better.

The concierge staff (near the entrance) was very kind. Room was very spacious with plenty of amenities that made our stay very pleasant. Bed was very comfortable and we managed to get a very good night’s rest.
