Excellent service and location. The concierge, Yao, was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He gave many tips about local food, places of interest and transportation. He is my go-to person whenever I have questions. Other staff are also very courteous and efficient. The housekeeping staff always ensure my ice bucket is filled with ice because of the hot weather so that I can make cold drinks. The room has splendid view of the city. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. This hotel is located near several places of interest and within walking distance to famous local eateries, and City Mall. Highly recommended.

There is a great gym as well and the staff (Joyce in particular) is very kind and capable. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and provides many different options (including western and asian style). 100% recommended to stay here and pamper yourself. We will be back!
